I made this with the BBQ chicken recipe and it was a huge hit! We will be making this often! I just loved the soy sauce with the garlic and oil! What fabulous flavor! Ina has done it again!

None of this is difficult, just takes a few minutes and gives a different taste to the broccoli. I made linguini with it - skipped the high fat tahini noodles - and the garlic oil was just enough to season the noodles.

As a garlic and broccoli fan, I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I loved the sweetness of the garlic cloves and the heat of the red pepper flakes. I will definitely be making this again.

Broccoli should not be allowed to cook longer than a little over a minute to preserve it's crunchiness. Using rice vinegar enhances the flavor of the vegetable.

Oil and garlic fusion is great and the little bit of heat from the pepper is just enough. Adding the cooked garlic before serving provided a great punch to the broccoli. Will become a staple for us...thx
