I needed a side dish for a fish and pasta buffet. This was perfect. It held well at room temp and delicious leftover the next day. Several people asked for the recipe and I referred them to the Food Network and
Ina's site. It is very easy, really good and a terrific side dish.

A very delicious and different way to prepare broccoli. Everyone loved it! I used the left over in a stir fry with shrimp.

Finally. A great tasting broccoli dish the who family enjoys. Our 5 year old devours this dish every time I make it. A true keeper. I also make extra garlic oil for other things.

This recipe was very easy and delicious! It is a great way to get your servings of veggies with dinner because they taste great. The pepper flakes give it just the right amount of kick!

Fast and easy recipe that got rave reviews from all guests I decided to add blanched white cabbage as a last minute thought and it was terrific. Followed remainer of recipe exactly. Will make again!
