Tasty and easy to make! My supper club loved it, as did my husband and two young children.

O.K.-----took a bite and wet myself! LOL. This recipe is out of this world yummy-licious, over the moon, smack your mama, papa, sister and brother too delicious! I first made it out of the box on a Sunday evening. I thought I died and went to heaven. My greedy husband and I ate it in 2 days. By Wednesday night we were detoxing and needed another one. I sent him to the market at 11:00 pm to pick up the vanilla beans. We were set and doing our happy dance. Halfway through dummy us realized we didn't have any framboise so we used Charles Creek Chocolate Raspberry Port. Cooked it the entire one hour and dug into it the second it came out of the oven. No waiting for us. He ate it with vanilla ice cream but I up'd the game with some homemade sweet potato and pumpkin ice cream that I made. It truly is a dessert to share with friends and family that you love. Thanks Ina.

Perfect for cold nights! My partner likes it with custard, whereas I prefer pistachio or mint ice cream.

This is seriously one of the best desserts I have ever made. The top is crunchy like a brownie and the inside is incredibly rich and gooey. It was really light (probably b/c the eggs and sugar are beat for so long which was nice for such a decadent dessert. I substituted chambord for framboise since that's what I had on hand and it tasted awesome. I can't wait to make this for the holidays!

Too sweet. If I make this again, I will use less sugar.

This was so easy to make and perfectly gooey! I served it with vanilla bean ice cream and everyone loved it. It baked it a few hours before serving but I warmed it in oven before serving and it was great. I used coffee liquor and I agree adding the liquor adds depth. Ina is my favorite chef and this was another great recipe! if you like lava type cakes this is a twist on that.

Too bad we have only five stars - I'd give this ten stars! I didn't think Ina could top her Brownie Tart recipe, but this one is even better. I've learned to trust Ina and always use the ingredients as listed. Anyone who makes this w/o the framboise is missing an important taste element that makes this so delicious. Bravo Ina!

All I can say is Ina is the greatest. I made these for my granddaughter for a school bake sale. They were not easy getting into the sandwich bag. My daugher was like why don't you two put a plastic spoon in the bag since it is like pudding. My granddaugher said we have plenty spoons at school.: We all enjoyed the experience and the brownies were delicious. My daughter could tell they were not from a box. She enjoyed the taste of the bitter from the coco which made them not overly sweet. I did too.
