all i had was a 9x13x2 inch pan. I only had it in there for less than 30 minutes and it was done. except it wasn't pudding like in the middle, but it was nice n soft and very tasty :D

I thought it was good but, it said to cook it for an hour. Well, I checked it at 30 mins. and it was fully cooked. What could I do differently next time?

YUM! I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe! I was worried at first because I altered it quite a bit but it turned out delicious! First off, I didn't use the water bath. I didn't have a big enough pan so I just put the batter in a 9" x 13" baking pan. It was a bit thin but it baked up fine! It was crackly and chewy on the top but it had the right consistency on the bottom. I substituted 1 tsp. vanilla extract for the vanilla bean because I didn't want to spend the money on the vanilla bean. I only had Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder on hand so I used that. I ended up using just shy of 3/4 a cup but it turned out great nonetheless, I actually think using a little less might of helped cut the richness. Overall I recommend the recipe, it's sweet and chocolatey and tastes great with vanilla ice cream!

I thought this was very very good! I followed directions except used 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract instead of bean. My kids age 11,9,and 3 loved it and my husband and friends we had over said it was great as well. The only problem is, it was not a pretty thing to serve, hard to make it look nice on a plate. I served it with homemade vanilla ice cream! Thanks Ina

I made this tonight and my family loved it. I left the mixer on and beat the eggs and sugar. I did use vanilla extract instead of vanilla bean. Tasted fine! Wow what a great dessert. I topped it with vanilla ice cream and sliced strawberries.

This recipe was so easy and delicious. I used Kahlua and vanilla extract instead of vanilla bean... came out fine. I still have yet to find a recipe from Ina that I don't like. Would definitely make again!

I detest making desserts that call for a water bath, but this recipe was definitely worth it. Like another reviewer, I used Kahlua instead and it turned out delicious.

Love this choclate delight. Whenever I crave for choclate I make this Brownie Pudding. I use little less butter then the recipe asks for and it comes out fine.
