    Served this at my daughter's birthday party and everyone loved the great taste combination of the peppers and cheese. Easy to prepare--will make it again for sure.

    I made this for a girl party and boy was this a hit. I made 24 slices among 5 girls and they were gone in minutes. Great taste and easy to make.

    For reviewer looking for a different cheese, goat cheese can easily be exchanged for blue. For a bigger change use feta and switch out minced olives for capers and oregano or mint for the basil. Enjoy!

    I tripled the recipe and made it a few days ahead because of time constraints. There was a great price on red, orange, and yellow peppers, so I used them all -beautiful! Also - I'm a huge fan of gorgonzola so the taste was not too strong. The day of the party, I warmed it in a covered baking dish and served it with the toasted bread on the side. It was quite a hit. The party was a bridal shower & I gave the bride the recipe as part of her gift - she thanks you, Ina!

    My boyfriend doesn't like blue cheese. Could someone recommend another cheese to use instead. Maybe Fontina? Thank you!
