This is an easy and elegant appetizer. It says it makes 18 but I only got 11 out of it. Ina is the best!

I made these on Easter and everyone loved them so much that I had to hurry up and make another batch just so I could have one! Easy and just delicious!

I doubled this recipe for our wine tasting club. Everyone raved about it. My wife, who is not a bruchetta fan, couldn't get enough. The creamy gorgonzola really brings the flavors together. Ina scores again!

This is very easy to make but looks very impressive when served. It was a crowd pleaser!

I made a party for my friends and family to meet my 16-month old grandson, Max, who was on his first trip to New York. I felt that the food I prepared was an expression of my love for this little guy. This recipe along with my gravlax recipe succeded in getting raves from my guests as well as raves about my darling gradson.

This is a nice twist on a great appetizer. It's easy, colorful, and has a couple of different flavors that blend beautifully. Would make a larger batch for a group of 4 or more as I could eat 4 pieces alone!

Mmmm...when cooking the aromatic peppers it just created a wonderful smell throughout my home. Such a YUMMY smell!! I really enjoyed the Bruschetta, but I feel the cheese was just too overpowering. I will try this recipe again, but next time I will try a milder cheese.

the combination of all the ingredients is excellent I drizzle more basil and olive oil on top of the roquefort before serving.
