I don't like tomatoe, so this was an awesome, yummy alternative. Everybody loved it.

The cooking aromatic yellow and red peppers made this wonderful to smell and eat! This was my first time cooking with capers, and so far, so good! I couldn't find creamy gargonzola (only one grocery in my area carries that type and that wasn't where I had to shop todayso I used the crumbled, and it melted just fine! This was easy to do, and not time consuming. Another excellent recipe. Thanks Ina! I really love the many recipes of Ina's that I have tried.

This was so simple to make and so good. I am always looking for different way to make Bruschetta. This was a big hit and it went quickly. Make sure you do cut the pepper strips thinly.

I saw this recipe on Barefoot Contessa and had to try it. It is so incredibly easy and absolutely delicious! I look forward to Ina's show every time to see what else she will cook.

This recipe is easy to prepare. I made the bell pepper mixture the day before & reaheated in the microwave. I toasted the baguette slices & placed the pepper mixture ontop 30 minutes before my company arrived. Everyone loved them!
I doubled the bell pepper ingredients, only used one baguette & it served 12.
