MADE THIS DISH FOR THANKSGIVING TODAY AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. I LOVED THE RASINS IN THIS DISH, THEY GAVE IT A BIT OF SWEENESS THAT WAS NEEDED. THE ONLY THING I DID ADD WAS JUST BEFORE SERVING IT I SPRINKLED ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF SLIVERED ALMONDS ON TOP TO GIVE IT A ADDED TEXTURE AS WELL AS A GREAT TASTE.

this was delicious. i also omitted the raisins, not a big fan. it was extremely flavorful, watch the salt though- when you add the pancetta it really adds lots of saltiness.

At last, a brussel sprout recipe that my family will eat! I had to use frozen and bacon, but it was still great. Can't wait to make it with fresh sprouts.

This is a great way to eat your veggies. I bet if you served all vegetables with this much flavor the kids would eat them right up.

Raisen made the difference in this otherwise ordinary dish.

I used to hate Brussel Sprouts growing up. I loved them cooked this way. The only thing I did different was not adding the raisins. I'll do this over and over again.

I really like this dish, except for how salty it is. My husband and I are not a big fan of pancetta because of hos salty it makes everything. I would suggest replacing it with bacon, or just leaving it out. The brussel sprouts are fantastic cooked this way.

Delicious and easy to fix. If you like Brussels sprouts, you'll love it; if you think you don't like them, this recipe might change your mind.
