    I had my butcher de-bone abd butterfly the chicken. We grilled the chicken and it was so flavorful and moist. Will definitely make again.

    This is a wonderful, flavorful way to cook boring chicken. You dont have to use whole chickens and/or butterfly them--whole chickens in the oven work fine as do regular breasts, as long as they have the skin on. Delicious!

    I love a meal that allows me and my husband to work together in the kitchen, and this fits the bill. He researched online how to debone and butterfly a chicken (it wasn't as hard as it sounds. The taste of this dish is incredible! Two notes on the recipe: we almost doubled the ingredients for the paste and we cooked it longer than 12 minutes.

    My boyfriend and I threw this out. It wasn't our cup of tea. Make sure you like rosemary and you use fresh leaves.

    This is fabulous! The flavors are wonderful..instead of grilling the chicken I baked it at 375 for 1 hour.. it was fabulous! Thanks Ina..as usual another great recipe!
