Amazing dish, we have added this to our holiday staples, the family loves it. I have also made this after roasting the butternut squash in the oven.... delicious! A must try.

This risotto is wonderful! I had put off making this recipe for a long time, but I have a friend who makes it often, especially when she's in the mood for comfort food. This is definitely satisfying and delicious. It takes a bit of time to make, but is so worth it. Lovely dish. Thanks Ina.

Delicious! Next time I will add a little less salt, but it was full of flavor.

My wife and son really enoyed this recipe. My 1 and a half year old son is a little picky and he seemed to really like it. i cut back a little on the parm.

This was my first time making risotto and it was wonderful. I was concerned about it being to salty so I used 4tlbs unsalted butter, low sodium ckn broth and no pancetta. I am definitely making this risotto, it was so easy.

This is an absolutely undoubtedly amazing recipe. I love Ina Garten and I think this might be my favorite of all her recipes.. It is worth the investments of saffron.

Simply delicious. I really enjoyed this dish. I made only one alteration; bacon fat instead of pancetta. I will make definitely make this again and again. Thanks Contessa.

Easy, tasty and always a hit! I love this recipe! I use turkey bacon and sometimes substitute red onion for the shallots.
