Just great - there is nothing bad about this sandwich. Perfect "to go" as well.

I made this tonight and we loved it! My husband (who is not a tomato fan loved the addition of the sun dried tomatoes. I
did have to roast the chicken much longer than the recipe called for but it came out very moist. I can't wait to make this again!

as usual your recipe does not dissappoint, after making the ceasar salad I had plenty of dressing left,so I used it today for my fish and potato recipe I layered precooked sliced potatoe's then a layer of raw onion's as a bed for my fish, then slathered the dressing heavily atop the fish and baked it the dressing flavored the fish like nothing I ever had before, heaven.
You recipe's always run true not like so many of the others from the other chef's I had many many things that turned out awful from them but not your's
    Thank you so much Ina.

We tried this for lunch and it was delish! Since I don't care for arugula, I took a tip from another poster and used romaine lettuce instead of arugula . Otherwise it was a great sandwich. I loved the dressing. I thought it was very flavorfull. The pancetta was good but it was a bit light on flavor. I may use regular bacon the next time. I am not a big fan of sun dried tomatoes, but the flavors just really worked. Thanks for a great recipe Ina !!

The sandwich is great and the dressing is one of the best 'simple' caesar dressings I've had.

I used bacon and romaine lettuce but it was still ssooo good. The chicken was so tender my dogs wouldn't leave me alone after I gave them a taste. This is a keeper! I will try it with the panchetta & arugula.

My wife and I decided to try this out and were blown away! This really is great and very very easy to make. They don't sell pancetta anywhere close to us so we had to substitute with bacon but it still turned out fabulous!

This sandwich is delicious! The only change I made was to use a rotisserie chicken from the Kroger deli. Highly recommended!
