I made these sandwiches for a picnic when we went to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C. The dressing is perfect....don't change a thing. I used the breasts from a rotisserie chicken and sliced them for the sandwiches to save time. They were moist and delicious in the sandwiches. Fabulous recipe.

This was just the best sandwich, I chopped the roasted peppers up and sprinkled them on the sandwich. Everything tasted great and is easy to pack up for a picnic.

This is such a good sandwich I had to put in my rotation at least once a month. My family waits for this to come around! It's so fracking good!

Made this for dinner tonight and it was fabulous! I premade the dressing this morning and couldnt stop tasting all day long. My husband who 'hates' Ceaser dressing ate this and loved it. He never knew it was a Ceaser dressing. Served with a Corn and Black Bean Salad and Fruit Salad. I used fresh Heirloom tomatoes and served thinly sliced red onion and avocado on the side for anyone who wanted to add to their sandwich. Great summer meal. Thanks Ina for a great recipe!

I made this sandwich for a picnic last night and everyone loved it. A couple of people said it was the BEST sandwich they had ever had! I took other reviewers comments into consideration and chopped the sundried tomatoes very finely so they would not be chewy. I also marinated the chicken breast overnight in oil, garlic and some herbs and it turned out amazing!I hardly ever follow recipes because I am usually disappointed...not with this one!

I have made this sandwich countless times and my family loves it. I tend to use foccacia instead as they seem to prefer it to the ciabatta.

I made this tonight and it was very tasty. Like many others have commented, this is the BEST caesar dressing I've ever tasted. It really is worth the extra time to make it yourself, and it's really not difficult. No store bought brand can compare to this. Everything on the sandwich works well so I wouldn't omit any of it. However, to avoid big chunks of sundried tomatoes, I bought them already julienned.
Thank you Ina for a wonderful and easy recipe that I will make again and again.

Love this sandwich as I do all of Ina's recipes that I have tried. I had never used arugula but certainly will from now on! Ina is my favorite! She makes cooking look so easy and fun. Her manner is gracious and she doesn't try to be a movie star. She has taught me a lot about cooking. Thanks Ina!
