This is so yummy, and the dressing is so fresh and delicious! Sometimes when I don't have time, I just substitute the roast chicken for some deli sliced chicken (or turkey, whatever I have on hand, slap on some sundried tomato spread from the jar, some lettuce, bacon and there ya go!

This is honestly the most delicious sandwich I've ever eaten. I made it for my boyfriend a couple of months ago and he went out and bought more ingredients so I could make it for the next two days. After that, I make it at least a couple of times a month! It's sooooo good! I've also used the dressing to make a salad with roasted chicken, cherry tomatoes, and pancetta. It's probably the only salad that the guys will eat in my house and not complain that it's just "salad." I make a big batch of the dressing and use it on side salads too. THANK YOU INA!!

I made this sandwich for a New Years Day football party. It was a huge success. Slicing the whole loaves of bread made assembling the sandwiches so easy. I added avocado and used applewood smoked bacon and baby lettuce. The results were great and the sandwiches have been made many times since. I love Ina and her easy and delicious recipes!
