This was an easy yet delicious dish. I would advise to go easy on seasoning the fish with salt because the anchovies in the sauce makes it a little salty. Other than that, a winner!

I thought it was very good - but not as good as Ina's other recipes. It could be because I made the sauce "healthy" by using 2% chobani yogurt instead of mayo. but I always do that when making creamy sauces and usually I love it. I do like the sauce, though, it's easy and could be used on a variety of meats, so I'll probably make it again. I served with steamed haricot verts and sauteed portobellos.

This is a great recipe. I've made it several times, usually with red snapper, and everyone loves it. The capers at the finish give it a wonderful flavor--don't leave them out!

This was very good, however, mine did not get browned on the top. I did set the oven at 500 so that was not the problem. Any suggestions?

Love love love it!! OMG so good. Used salmon and swordfish and both were delicious!!!!! Any meaty fish is totally fine if you cant find bass!! Salmon was actually my favorite. Used light mayo and that worked great too. Another winner from Ina!! :

I have made this two times and each time my husband and I have really enjoyed it. I, too, got the halibut at Costco and it worked so well with this recipe. A little steamed broccoli, some pan fried potatoes and a nice sauvignon blanc and voila. Thanks, Ina, for your tasty and simple recipes that highlight fresh ingredients. Always a fan of yours.

Excellent sauce. I used salmon instead of the sea bass. I also deleted the capers. My husband and I loved it!

The sauce wins!!! The entire recipe makes a great tasting and textured fish. I re-made the CAESAR SAUCE and used it on a pork loin roaste AND racks of lamb. I invited the same guests (4 couples for a dinner and got terrific reviews. FYI...the Caesar sauce for the fish is also great on meats. Once again...Thanks Ina! Annie ,Fremont ,CA
