This recipe was very easy to make!! The sauce is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I used Grouper instead of the striped bass and it came out excellent. The only thing I changed in the recipe was, instead of Parsley I used Dill!! Served with grilled asparagus and rice!! Would definately use this sauce again and again for other fish! Thank you Ina!!

This dressing is amazing!!!! Did it over grouper. SOOOO yummy, and I do agree to cut back on the salt.

It didn't rise to the "make again" status. It was okay. I think the sauce wasn't really balanced. Not worth the effort!!

In love with this super easy and yummy recipe!
Omitted all the extra salt - thought the anchovies, caper and mayo was salty enough.
    Way to go, Ina!

Thought it was great. I don't use much salt on anything so it was just right.

Very good, although I found it to be a bit too salty. If using the anchovy paste, as I did, I would eliminate the salt in the sauce and also only salt one side of the fish next time. Other than that, it was perfect and very yummy. Great for company as well. I used halibut instead of bass.

Wonderful! The crispy capers were a really nice compliment. Look forward to making this many times over. (By the way, I cheated, no lemon zest!
