I'm not an anchovy person but the episode was intriging. I made it the other night and it was fabulous and easy. You really don't taste anchovy just high flavor. The capers took it to another level! I cut the recipe in half for just 2 of us and cut down on the mayo. We love the sauce of vegies.

YUMMY - and EASY!! Made this with Mahi Mahi because there was no black bass available. Only other change was I used dijon nayonaise and cooked the fish on a bed of kale for an instant side dish. Definate keeper!!

Delicious! I used Mahi Mahi and it was excellent served on a bed of Couscous and Pine Nuts (From her book, "How Easy Is That?". My guests loved it! I prepared the fish early in the day and roasted it while people were having appetizers.

This is a really nice twist on fish - delicious and creamy. I improvised as I did not have parsley or anchovy paste but it still turned out so good! The capers were a nice salty, briney touch at the end. We used sea bass.

I usually love Ina's recipes but did not find this to be as outstanding as other dishes I have made from her cookbooks and show. My husband I enjoy Caesar Salad as well as striped bass (or rock fish, as it is referred to in this area however I won't be making this again. Sorry Ina.

I used swordfish as that was another option she gave in the show and it was great although I might cut down slightly on the amount of lemon zest next time. The tip with the oven was a good one thought mine was clean obviously not clean enough as I set off the smoke detector
