I used swordfish as that was another option she gave in the show and it was great although I might cut down slightly on the amount of lemon zest next time. The tip with the oven was a good one thought mine was clean obviously not clean enough as I set off the smoke detector

Used sea bass. It was simple and delightful. Ina hasn't disappointed me yet!

My husband saw this episode and requested this dish, and it was delish! I couldn't find striped bass at the grocery, so I subbed tilapia instead - and it worked wonderfully! A little salty, from the dressing and the capers, but it wasn't overpowering at all. I served this with one of my earlier faves from Ina - Roasted Parmesan Broccoli - the lemony side dish really enhanced the fish. Will definitely be making this again!

Served this last night along with the broccolini from same episode. We are always loking for good fish recipes, and this one was very flavorful.
I think next time though, instead of using anchovy paste, I might make my own "paste" from food quality anchovies in oil.
