This is a great recipe for squash. Tastes great - perfect accent against the squash flavor which still comes through. Don't know why it's rated "Medium" difficulty. This is an easy one!!!

I thought this recipe sounded too easy, and I admit I was skeptical! However, Ina came through and the taste was to die for. Mine only took about 40 minutes in the oven.

I rarely cook squash, but I paired this with Reggie's Roasted Balsamic Glazed Chicken and dinner was superb. I roasted this in my toaster oven because the chicken was in my main oven and it came out perfectly. I halved this recipe and 1 squash was more than enough for my family of 4.

I forgot to review this at Thanksgiving when I used it first. This is a keeper for sure. It was quick and gone in no time. Everyone liked and the gals wanted the recipe.

This was the first time I ever made butternut squash and I thought it was delicious. I took the squash and coated it with the ingredients in a bowl first and then put it on the baking sheet and any leftover mixture in the bowl I poored over top of the squash. I thought it had a sweet potaoto taste to it. I will definately make this again.

This is the best squash recipe I have used, and the only one I use now.

Wow! This was a surprise. We made it for Christmas dinner, looking for something different. Half the family hates squash, or thought they did until they tasted this dish. It is so creamy and delicious, and many thought it tasted like sweet potatoes.

This was my first shot at butternut squash but wanted a different side for the holidays instead of sweet potato. Was a big hit for the family particular ones who don't like squash. AMAZING flavor. if you like this one, check out Tyler Florence's Roasted Butternut squash soup with amaretti cookies.

I made this in my downstairs oven and forgot to watch it. Even though the bottoms were quite burnt, it got rave reviews. I'll be more careful next time.
    So easy to prepare also.
