    I made this recipe for Christmas and it was so good I made a fresh batch again the day after Christmas! Great recipe for roasting any type of squash!

    This dish was so easy to prepare and make! It was a hit at our dinner party! Some of my guests asked me to print this recipe out for them they loved it so much. We love the Barefoot Contessa!

    Excellent. Made this last Christmas and didn't save it. Had to go out and buy Ina's book to get it and others. Recommend you try it and save, especially for the holidays.

    I've always fixed squash the traditional way ---- but no more. This is the best. I now have to double the recipe to satisfy my family. Worth trying over and over and over.
