This is so easy and tastes great. I only do a very light sprinkling of brown sugar and it still comes out sweet and delicious. This is the way to cook butternut squash!

OMG! This is SO delicious! I usually make butternut squash the simple way; halve it, scoop out the seeds and bake in the oven. As I was painstakingly cutting off the skin for this recipe, I was seriously doubting if all this effort was going to be worth it (thereby I only did one squash after it was done and my husband and I nearly wiped out the entire thing, I wish I had peeled the other squash and made both....I'm gonna make this for Thanksgiving for sure!
