These were excellent! They had great flavor and were a great crowd pleaser! There were none left over. I would highly recommend these.

My puffs were not so puffy they took a little bit longer in the oven then was suggested as well.

Great recipe...side note...if you type in Apple Cake Tatin in the search you will find the recipe...no problem

I watched the June 18. 2005 show and went right to my computer to print the recipes. I was very disappointed that I could not find the Apple cake recipe. Please don't make something on the show and not have the recipe available.
