I love watching Ina's show and making some of her wonderful recipes. My husband and I both loved the Chicken Chili. I went one step easier, however, and used a store-bought rotisserie chicken which I cut up for the recipe. I also followed one reviewer's advice to use fresh cilantro instead of the basil since we love it. I'll make this again and again.

I fixed this recipe for my husband and myself last night. It was absolutely wonderful. I added more chili powder as others had mentioned. The sour cream, cheese and chips with the chili really finished it off. I used fritos, which are delicious with any chili.

This was a wonderful dish - even my picky daughter loved it. The key was to make it fun and chop up lettuce and have cheese and sour cream to top it off! Super easy just takes a bit of time. I'll be doing this one again!

We have had this several times and it always is great. It is my husbands favorite chili out of all the "types" you can have. We add a can of kidney beans and add one less bell pepper. I am sure I add more spice than it calls for but thats just to taste. Makes excellent left overs!

My whole family cleaned this dish up! Even my picky husband who didn't think he would like it ate two servings! Instead of simmering after adding the chicken, I threw it all into my crock pot for a few hours until I was ready for it. I used Cilantro instead of Basil.

This was a fantastic meal for my roommates and I on a cold winter day. I recommend this to anyone! The chili has a great kick to it, but I added a few jalepenos for a little extra. Thank You!

My 14yr old daughter saw this show and begged me to make this chili...especially since it didnt have beans because she likes chili but not beans. So I made it! And she gives it 5 stars!
