This dish was gobbled up by my family, they gave it rave reiews. I did add a can of drained black beans & some chopped fresh cilantro. I also served it over a little cooked macaroni. I will make this often for my family! Very healthy.

I absolutely love this chili. I added a little extra kick of seasoning and substituted a couple of dashes of tobasco instead of crushed RP. I also used a rotiserie store bought chicken and it was fab! It is filling and a 1 cup serving is only 1.5 WW points. Add a little 2% cheese and a dollop of ff sour cream for an extra point and you'll be in heaven. Great job INA!

No, this isn't really chili, but what do you expect when there's no beef in it? What it is, is a fantastic chicken chili stew. We tripled the cayenne and red pepper flakes since we like things spicy, and it was great. I loved the huge chunks of veggies and chicken.

This was so easy to make. I used cilantro instead of basil because I love cilantro. It was so good, too - a healthy alternative to getting your Mexican food fix. All the flavors are there and you can add whatever you want on top.

My husband and I have started another new year's diet. I watched the "Barefoot Contessa" cook this on the 1-7-06 Food Network show.
My husband said "This is the best diet food I have ever had!!"
I substituted ground turkey for the chicken breast.
    Very, very good.
    Thanks!

There hasn't been anything yet that I have made from Ina's show that wasn't good. But, with this chicken chilli dish, it was simple, tasty, filling and delicious. Oh what can I say, I'm a fan :

I happened to switch channels from the endless children's shows to my fave, the Food Network, in time to see this recipe prepared. I had poached chicken tenders already in the fridge and amazingly had the rest of the ingredients. Put it together at about 3/4 the recipe (there are two of us. I added canned white beans and instead of tortilla chips I added coarsely chopped avocado afterward. It was phenomenal - healthy and extremely filling. My husband loved it and it was such a nice change from all the rich food from the New Year's weekend. I will definitely make it again.
