    This is a great soup/stew. Despite the name confusion it is a fabulous recipe. I can't believe that something so tasty is also good for you! I've served it several times and people always ask me for the recipe. Barefoot Contessa's recipes always seem to be delicious.

    This dish was so easy to make and the flavor is great! I highly reccommend this dish. I served it over rice which was great, with bread would be good, too. Two thumbs up!

    Another awesome recipe from Ina! I followed the previous suggestions of using cilantro and added white beans and it was delicious. Cubed avacado was great as an additional topping.

    For a chili that is by far mostly veggies vs. meat this is one of the most satisfying chilis that I've eaten. A real high-end pot of good stuff.

    I normally make the standard chunks of beef and beans chili, so I gave this one a try and really enjoyed it. Good change from the standard chili recipe.

    I seldom cook but this recipe was looked too good not to try. The recipe was easy to follow and the out come was simply wonderful and I received rave reviews from my family.

    I made this chili for my husband and two children and they all loved it! It was really easy to make and delicious, especially the next day. I also love that the kids liked it because it was full of veggies! Thanks!

    This recipe makes a lot of chili, which is great because it is so tasty! By cutting out the olive oil and the skin on the chicken, I made this a healthy dish! This recipe is is a must!!!
