    My husband and I loved this recipe. However, I will use cilantro (instead of basil and add alot more chili powder next time.

    This dish was a hit with my family, which is saying a lot since I have 3 very picky boys. I did add about 2 TBS. of chili powder instead of 1 tsp and I thnk next time I would like to try it with cilantro instead of basil. My son has already requested that I make this again next week.

    This has a wonderful flavor. I only made 2 changes: used 1 each red and yellow peppers instead of 2 and added 2 cans great northern beans. The roasted chicken is delicious by itself too!

    More of a stew than a chili. I think it would be better with more chili powder than the samll amount in the recipe.

    This recipe was perfect. It was very healthy, relatively easy to prepare, and extremely tasty. Although Ina stated she used basil instead of cilantro, we used cilantro as my boyfriend loves its taste. Also rather than roasting the chicken, we used a purchased rotisserie chicken.

    I love the alternative to beef.
    Instead of a meat chili, the alternative to this recipe would be a vegetable chili. Which is healthy and good for you. I love this recipe.
