tasty and less fattening than beef chili! I add a 15oz can of rinsed red kidney beans.

This recipe is so good - I used a store bought baked chicken to save time but everything else is the same - you don't even miss the beans and it's so good for you! I make this every week now so that there is a healthy choice always in the fridge to snack on!

Wow - the rave reviews are right! Wasn't expecting such an amazingly flavorful dish from the ingredients list. I took other reviewer's advice and pumped up the dry spices. I love Ina's idea of baking the chicken breasts instead of poaching, the more common method for precooking chicken breasts to ready for recipes - the results are ever more flavorful. We topped the chili with shredded cheddar, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped avocado, and crumbled tostitos. Totally delicious - worthy of many repeated meals!

This chili is amazing!!! I made it for myself and I thought it was delicious. I then decided to make it for some co-workers for a pot luck party we had at work 2 months ago and people still can't stop talking about. It is a definite party favorite. I just made it at home and transported it in a crock pot to keep it warm. It's as easy as that.

I've made this delicious recipe more times than I can count and I NEVER get tired of it! I'm a busy law student and the leftovers make several great lunches or dinners. Very healthy, but tasty and satisfying enough for anyone. Awesome with a bit of lite sour cream, or just on it's own. I also like to shred the chicken just for aesthetics. Try it!!!

Great chili recipe! Simple to make and good flavor. Cheese and sour cream complete it. Adding northern beans or your preference is a good suggestion. If you're looking for a chili with layered flavors and a "traditional-style" chili, this may not be for you. It's healthy and worth the time.

Has been a staple of mine for quite some time. The only thing that I change is that I cut the chicken in smaller pieces so that the chicken and peppers are all the same size. I also add cannellini beans in the end for extra protein. delicous!

This is a great recipe. I was looking for something a little different with the cold weather moving in and so glad I stumbled across this one. I served it over rice with chopped onions and grated cheese. It was delightful, and I will definitely be making it again for a cold winter evening to warm up ones soul.
