I made this for dinner along witht the broiled onions and I made parmesam mashed red potatoes along with it. The chicken stays so moist and the lemon flavor does not overpower the chicken. Both my boyfriend and I raved about it and he said that this was beyond restaurant quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spice up chicken!

This recipe is restaurant quality in minutes. Loved the sauce - a deep lemon taste for those that love lemon. As suggested by others, I added capers. YUM!!

This was extremely nice, lite, full of flavor. Ana does a great job of steering you to a great start, which leads to a great finish. I only modified it for my taste, halved the lemon, and added a little thickener to the sauce, and it was great. Chicken needs a little help sometime, and this is a kick. Italian bread crumbs worked nicely.

This is really good! My toddler kids even ate all on their plates. Lemon sauce is easy and tasty. Very good looking main dish.

I made this last night after viewing the show over the weekend with my kids. It was definitely a hit!

The sauce is too thin, and should have had an emulsivisior to thicken it. Don't leave out capers, it's the quinessential garnish for piccata.

Great recipe, but the lemon flavor was too intense for me (almost puckering. Might try leaving the lemon rinds out of the sauce next time. My sauce didn't come out as brown as Ina's did...perhaps I needed to let it simmer longer. Also, I would cut the pepper down a bit: Pepper on the raw chicken (not in the TV version, in the dredging flour, and in the sauce is a tad more than I actually needed. Otherwise, fun to make and to eat.

I made this for dinner after a late night at work- it was so fast to prepare and tasted just great for a late supper- not to heavy!

Everyone loved this! I made 6 chicken breasts and kept them warm in the oven. This was excellent & will make again!
