I have made this recipe many times for company and always receive rave reviews. I do find that if you use the reserved lemon halves it makes the sauce bitter... so I leave that out and it comes perfect!

I just made this tonight and followed the directions to the letter. The directions for cooking the chicken was great; I substituted the regular bread crumbs with panko and it came out juicy and crispy. My 7 year old who normally won't eat anything but processed chicken nuggets asked for seconds! But we ultimately found the piccata way to "lemony."

This was a great recipe for Chicken Picatta. It will be my new go-to. I added about a tablespoon of capers to the lemon and wine as it was reducing, but other than that followed the recipe to a tee.
