    This was the best chicken pot pie. My family loved it. I used the puff pastry and it turned out well. I will make this many times

    My husband says this is the best chicken pot pie he's every had. Easy to make. Sometimes when I'm pressed for time I just use puffed pastry for the crust and it's still yummy.

    This is a very good chicken pot pie. The onions add a wonderful flavor, though the sauteed onions and the pearl onions are a bit much if you don't absolutely love onions. I will make this again.

    This is fantastic!! I used a traditional crust with this filling and it is TO DIE FOR!!! My husband conveniently didn't invite our friends over so there would be MORE left overs for him!!

    Due to time constraints, I altered the recipe by using frozen puff pastry shells and spooned the filling over them. Per some suggestions, I added more pepper and potatotes. I was out of peas so I put in fresh mushrooms. The recipe is very forgiving. My whole family loved it!

    I made this recipe for a casual, autumn dinner with friends. The flavors were rich and the pastry was beautifully golden brown. A must-make for a cold, autumn or winter day.
