Omg, this sounds soo good! It looked really good too. I've never had Tabbouleh, but with this, I'm willing to try.

So delicious! I added beets to mine only because I saw them when I was shopping. I also left out the parsley and mint by accident. Didn't miss it. I used the zest off the lemon too. I figure might as well use all of it. I cut the salt in half too. I'm so happy my husband won't eat it because that means its all mine!

outrageously delicious. I had barley on hand, so used that instead and it still rocks. fantastic for bringing for lunch every day, can't get enough. I used fat free feta too and love the dish entirely!!! Another winner from Ina, she never goes wrong

A healthy, delicious meal! I would cut back on the salt a bit- I used about half of what the recipe called for and it was perfect!

A satisfying, healthy meal. The only herb I used was basil, and the prep work took awhile. I'd make it again.

Best Tabbouleh ever! I found this while searching for diabetic recipes for a friend recently diagnosed and was thrilled with the results. I used a little less parsley and a little more mint. Cut the salt in half due to blood pressure issues, but the flavor is so full I don't miss it at all!

Thanks, Ina, I can always count on your recipes to be flavorful, fresh and just plain yummy! I'm making copies for my friend as I make her an assortment of yummy food for her new diagnosis.

I have made this twice now first time going by recipe exactly except using basil instead of mint...good but seemed to miss something. Made last night and used the mint and added minced garlic to the bulgur wheat while it was resting an hour and added feta cheese once I mixed everything together...OMG!!! Excellent. My husband liked first time but loved the second!!! Makes big difference...great recipe!!!

Delicious salad, but I agree....way too much salt. Cut back on the salt, and it is perfect.

Love you, Ina! So many of your recipes are now a permanent part of my repertoire. I thank you, and boy, does my husband thank you! :

Good. Didnt have mint, parlsey or scallions. I added a basil blend(from the refrigerated section & it gave it a nice flavor. Also added feta cheese since my husband & I love it.
