Why would you give a recipe a low rating because it has peanuts?? Open your eyes, look at the recipe, and if it has peanuts and too much salt for your taste, DON'T MAKE IT. I've made this recipe over and over again and every time it gets RAVE reviews. Delicious with boston lettuce or even (gasp! iceberg as lettuce wraps.
For those of you that think it's too salty, Ina always uses Kosher salt and she ALWAYS specifies such in her recipes. If it's grossly salty to you, you are probably using plain old table salt which has a MUCH stronger flavor.

Dressing is so easy and so super yum!

I added lettuce, carrots, and snow peas.

I really enjoyed this salad, although with the peanut dressing I would more expect it to be called Thai Chicken Salad.

The peanut dressing has great flavor, although I used extra ginger because I love the zing!

I think this is a great base recipe that I will use in many different ways. I am thinking about putting the chicken and sauce on a pizza.

    Awesome recipe Ina!

Shame on FoodNetwork! Look at the picture - - it has mand. oranges, greens, sprouts and almonds - - NONE of which are in the recipe! Please don't tempt us with a picture that is not the recipe! Your web staff needs to pay more attention detail.

Why would anyone make a big deal about a recipe containing peanuts or anything else that a family member might be allergic to. Are you that self absorbed that every recipe must suit only you?? News flash...some people AREN'T allergic to peanuts.

A correction or an explanation is necessary right away.

This recipe is obviously not the same as the salad pictured.

Not good for Ina's reputation and your web master should correct this!

(My rating is "poor" because you require a rating to post my comment.

Maybe we all eat a lot, but no way this would serve 12 as a main salad. Maybe 8 would be about right.

Where in the ingredients list are the greens? The oranges depicted in the photo? Am I missing something?

this is the only Ina recipe that I have tried ( and I love all her recipes that I would not make again. The amount of salt was so overpowering that I kept adding more honey and eventually I could save the recipe. However, I tried it out on my husband ( no, his name is not Jeffrey and he thought it was OK after all the honey, but I was supposed to make this for a ladies luncheon and decided not too.
