These nuts were a huge hit at my cocktail party!! As soon as I took them out of the oven I used a spatula and mixed them. I did not have a problem with them sticking. every 5 minutes I would toss them. after 15 I could stop and they cooled the rest of the way. SOOOO good.

Very good. You have to move fast when transferring after making because they are like glue to the pan. I would be happy to hear from people on how they kept them from sticking.

Very good! The price of nuts in our area is outrageous. We used a bulk container of mixed nuts (no peanuts, measured out 7.5 cups and used those instead. It added macadamia nuts and brazil nuts to the mix and was DELICIOUS! Also, If you like the flavor with more spice - use New Mexico Hot chili powder or for less hot, a good brand of basic mild chili powder.

Delicious...I can tell these will be a hit with my co-workers for little gifts. One suggestion, unless you have asbestos fingers, carefully, with a spatula, transfer them to a clean, lightly oiled, baking sheet almost immediately upon removing them from the oven. They glue themselves down pretty quickly as they start to cool.

WONDERFUL! Halved it and used honey instead of maple syrup. Subbed hazelnuts for cashews. My family loved these nuts warm.

This turned out to be an amazing recipe! I just made them ahead of time for my holiday party this weekend, but I'm not sure they'll even see the party. I can't stop eating them!

I made these for a cocktail party and like all of Ina's recipes, it was a winner! Everyone loved them! The party was actually in my apartment building and after everyone ate ALL of the nuts I brought, I made the mistake of mentioning that I had more at home. Naturally, I had to come home and get the rest! These are irresistible! I didn't have chipotle powder so I used some cayenne pepper. Delish!
