These were very good. I used fat free sour cream just to make them a little healthier and they tasted great. You almost don't need the frosting. I also used 1% milk in the frosting instead of the cream.

Delicious...made these for extra cake at my daughters 1 year party...a smashing success. I did not have the heavy cream on hand for the icing, so added a little milk and it was still great.

These are great cupcakes. Do not over bake. They are large and tastey. Took them to work and my co workers fought over who get one.

Rich chocolate flavor but not too sweet. Make sure NOT to use all natural peanut butter for the frosting--it does not get nearly as fluffy as regular peanut butter. There was a lot of extra batter after baking the first dozen cupcakes, so I froze the rest and used a week later. They came out great as well.

I made these for a family get together. Everyone Loved them. They were absoltely moist and the frosting is outstanding!! I used 1/2 dark chocolate and 1/2 regular chocolate cocoa and they were delicious. Love the way the frosting is so creamy. Thanks Ina

These were great! Did some in paper cups and had some batter left over so also used a few silcone baking cups. Don't use the silicone - the cupcakes would not come out and we had to eat them with a spoon! But the cake and frosting were yummy just the same! Be careful not to overfill, they do rise up qutie a bit and will overflow.

I made these cupcakes and they are luscious. I would like to use this batter for a cake. How do I change the recipe for a layer cake?

I am not a baker, but these cupcakes make me feel like one. They were so good, better than boxed mix, and all the ingredients were fresh. I will definately make these again.

The cupcake texture is perfect, the icing is light & fluffy, but I think it needs more sugar. It tastes a little too bitter from the cocoa powder, but maybe that's because I used Hershey's. Ina--it would be great if you could tell us in your recipes what brand you use. I think it could have made the difference.
