Directions

Place the chocolates and heavy cream in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until the chips are completely melted.

Place the sheet pan in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

This was great. I used 8 ounces of a dark chocolate bar and 5-6 tablespoons of heavy cream. You can dip whatever you want and it is awesome. How can you go wrong with chocolate?

Since I hadn't seen the episode, I wasn't quite clear on the methodology. My take on the recipe yielded slightly watery chocolate sauce; in the future, I'll thicken it up with more chocolate and slightly less cream. However, the end result was delicious!
