The cupcakes were very moist but a little too sweet for me. I would use 1/2 cup of sugar. They were heavier than traditional cupcakes, reminded me more of brownies.

Nice flavor,but is not as light as a normal cup cake. It was more like thick brownie cup cake, very heavy. It was easy to make and the kids still liked it.

really good! make sure to fill the cupcake tins close to the top because they really do not rise.

Super moist and delicious! So easy to make my 19 month-old was able to help. I measured everything out and he added the ingredients to the mixer. Makes A LOT of icing so I'll probably just do half the icing next time. I was able to yield 18 cup cakes.
