Great recipe! The yield is wrong. It makes a little over 2 cups, which by the way, is a lot of ganache!!!!

Excellent! Perfect taste and texture. Not too thick or runny.

This is so easy and delicious it's almost too good to be true! I made some brownies from an inexpensive mix and poured the ganache over them after they had cooled for about 8 minutes. I kept them on the counter for about 20 minutes and then refrigerated. They turned out great; it was like eating something lush and expensive that you's pay a premium for. Next up I plan to use this recipe to top cupcakes.

I used this instead of frosting for my husband's first gluten free birthday cake (he was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and can no longer eat gluten for the rest of his life. I don't know if it was the g-free cake mix, or the ganache, or the combo of both, but the b-day cake was absolutely FABULOUS! Thanks Ina for helping me show my husband being gluten free doesn't mean, or need to be, boring. :

What's not to like? Excellent and easy. I used to make chocolate butter cream frosting but this is easier & better. My go to for cakes & cupcakes, & candy.

I thought this recipe was great. I tried the whipped ganache on top of vanilla cupcakes and everyone who tried them loved them. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this recipe.

This was so easy to make and the flavor was great! I used 1tablespoon of cold brewed coffee since I did not have instant coffee.
