I made this for a nice little romantic dinner for my husband and I and we absolutely loved it. The only difference was that I only used 5 oz of chocolate instead of 7 oz. I did keep the amount of cream the same and used 3 TBS of Triple Sec (much cheaper than Grand Marnier and tastes close enough for cooking purposes. I used less chocolate as I didn't want it to be too dark, but if you like dark then go ahead and use the amount per the recipe. Another tip is you HAVE to use good chocolate...this made a big difference for us. Enjoy!
