Just wonderful! My three year old grand son was helping and wanted to eat the dough by the handfuls, and when I removed the bowl from his grasp, we had an Epic melt down! I had no problem with flat cookies because I scooped them up with an ice cream scooper, and placed them in freezer bags to chill in the fridge for a half hour while Reagan regained his composure! I made them with Bakers white chocolate because that's what we had on hand. I've saved this for my go to chocolate white chocolate cookie recipe!

Wow! These are the best chocolate cookies ever! I used three large eggs - didn't have extra larges ones in hand and also substituted with bitter sweet chocolate chips instead of white chocolate since I'm not a big fan of white ones. I used rare Dutch process cocoa called, E. Guittard which I think is crucial to achieving that chocolatey goodness. I also baked them for 12 minutes exactly.

Great flavor! Mine turned out a bit crumbley and flat, they were chewy enough for my "soft cookie obsessed" boyfriend. Would definately recommend parchment paper, it really helps. Will make again, maybe a 4th large egg, who buys XL eggs?

Made and baked exactly according to directions and they were perfect. They looked like the photo and were exactly what I was looking for in this type of cookie. I am putting these in my standard cookie rotation.

LOVE this recipe! I didn't have any cocoa so I substituted it with melted milk chocolate chips and halved the sugar. Satisfied my chocolate craving!

The cookies were good, but after 3 seconds after the cookies cool off, they become hard as a rock and tough to eat. The white chocolate doesn't melt - too hard. I ended up broke one of my tooth when I ate the cookies.
I cannot give a rating for this cookie, won't recommend it to no one. Contessa should suggest chocolate chips that melt, not for presentation. Will never makes these cookies again. Going back to chocolate chips cookies with cookies that actually melt. Disappointed!!!

Great recipe! Perfect! Followed instructions to the letter, but I had white chocolate chips, and mine only took 12 min to bake.

It's hot today and I didn't feel like baking several sheets of cookies so I put the cookie dough in a 9 x 13 in glass baking dish and baked it for roughly 25 minutes. I cut it into bars after it had cooled for a while and they are delicious! So moist and chewy. Delicious recipe!
