    THE BATTER WAS DELICIOUS, SO I FIGURED THE THE CAKE WOULD BE GREAT.....NO SUCH LUCK. THIS MADE A DRY AS WELL AS BLAND CAKE.........AND WITH ALL THAT BUTTER & EXTRACT IN IT TOO! THREE CUPS OF FLOUR SEEMED LIKE A LOT & MAYBE THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I'LL STICK WITH INA'S LEMON CAKE INSTEAD. THIS WAS SUCH A WASTE. MAYBE HER CUSTOMERS LOVED THE CUPCAKES BUT IT SURE DOESN'T TRANSLATE TO THE CAKE.
