I loved it, the only reason I gave it a four is because they got darker at the bottom then at the top, but that might just be my oven.

I have made these cookies many, many times because they are requested so often. Would like to be able to freeze them. Has anyone tried this?

These cookies are just wonderful! The recipe is super easy and in just a few basic steps you are on your way to a tasty treat!
Even though half of the cookies were gone soon after I took them out of the oven, I think they tasted even better the next day right out of the refrigerator.
I must have made my cookies large because I only got 11 out of the batch, but no one complained and they still baked up nice in 30 minutes!

This was simply MARVELOUS! I bake a lot but never have I had so many people ask "who made these?" Very easy and simple to made. Definitely a keeper!!!!

I made this the other evening for my husband... we were in heaven!! it is absolutely delicious- each bite just melts in your mouth and your stomach just aches for the next.
This is the best dinner I have ever cooked! Thanks Barefoot Contessa!!!

I just pulled these out of the oven and am pretty disappointed. I cooked mine on silpat liners and the bottoms of each macaroon burned, even though I reduced the cooking time by about 5 minutes and used an internal oven thermometer to make sure the temperature was correct. The egg whites ran out of the cookies while they baked and turned black. Also, the cookies came out quite chewy, not light and fluffy as most bakery purchased macaroons tend to be. Good luck to all who try this recipe for the first time!
