My 8 year old daughter couldn't wait for us to make this recipe. It didn't disappoint at all. We loved them. In fact, she and I ate 5 as soon as they cooler.

Easiest recipe ever. Great chewey texture and flavor even it you don't like coconut. I don't usually like coconut, but these are an irresistable classic. First batch was done sooner than recipe states, cut 5 minutes off the time.

I made these for a dinner party and everyone loved them! One commented that it reminded him of a perfect little package that has all of the good parts of a coconut pie.
