I made this for a small girls night in and WOW! I didn't make the sauce the same due to a friend that can't eat food with seeds. I am so planning on this again! LOVED IT!

Delicious dessert! Used mascarpone instead and only half the sugar. Doubled the berries. Will be making this again

Like another reviewer, mine did not drain either even though I left it in the fridge for over 24 hours and I had the proper mold etc. I don't know what I did wrong as I followed the recipe exactly....but the taste was wonderful.

I really was surprised this was very easy to make and turned out just perfect. I think I may try a Coeur a la Creme mold at some point and make one maybe heart shaped. This recipe is a keeper!

Delicious...flavor, texture...and appearance! Have made several times using a different flavored sauce (i.e., strawberry, blueberry, apricot,etc.. Regardless...never disappointed. Thanks Ina. Annie , Fremont , CA

I made this for my family and myself as today is my b'day and honestly after tasting this I thought this is the best b'day gift I ever gave to myself!! It turned out great although I changed few of the ingredients, I used orange zest instead of lemon and cointreau (another orange liquor for the sauce. I did not add the jam for the sauce instead I added a bit of fresh orange juice to have the tart flavor along with the sweet raspberries. Always loved Ina's recipes and was happy to know I can make something for my friend's who are allergic to egg.
