This was the best recipe I have ever used!
My only problem was that I also made the raspberry sauce the night before. I kept "tasting" the raspberry sauce to make sure it was good enough to serve. Well, I had to make another batch of sauce the next day!
This recipe is a "no-brainer" and impresses everyone immediately. Next time I will serve it not only with raspberry sauce but also a chocolate sauce!

When you are doing a dinner party often you have to make decisions, how much time to spend on a dish. This dessert is simple to make, is done the day before the party, is delicious, and I absolutely guarentee this will bring on the applause. It almost doesn't matter what else you serve this is all they will remember. You do need to buy a coeur dish but they are available everywhere, just check good and type in coeur a la creme. Around $10. I think.

This is without a doubt one of the best desserts I have ever made. I just finished making it for the third time in as many weeks. And I have impressed everyone at two dinner parties. It's easy to make and looks like I spent hours.

I served this coeur a la creme to a dozen people on Easter Sunday, with strawberries. Everyone loved it.

This very simple, elegant, dessert was a hit at my ladies' luncheon. I ordered the Coeur a la Creme Dish from Amazon.com for $8.99. I will definitely make it many more times.
