Without washing her hands after handling the hens she put her fingers on the lip of the oil bottle to slow the drizzle. I won't even watch her anymore.

This recipe is simply wonderful. The hens are juicy and the stuffing is so tasty. My husband usually won't eat stuffing but he ate all of it along with the Cornish Hen. Thanks Ina!
