    OMG These onion rings are the BEST I've ever tasted!! They taste EXACTLY like the ones I like from a local fried chicken place that closed down recently... I thought I'd forever lost those delicious, crispy onion rings... but thanks to this recipe, I have them BACK!! Thanks so much!!! I could have sat there and ate the whole lot of them!!

    I've always wanted to make onion rings, and I watched Ina make them today and decided that today was the day -- so easy to make, and delicious!! I didn't have buttermilk, so I substituted with light cream and the taste was great. Will definitely make again!
