    once again Ina GREAT recipe!!! I used 2 cups of 2% fat-free milk with 2 Tbs of lemon juice and let it set for 10 min before adding the onion rings...

    Loved them, made 3 nights in a row. Great job. If you like a crunchier texture, dip the rings in the buttermilk and cornmeal mixture a second time before frying.

    I have been looking for a way to have crunchy onions rings for years.....now I have them.

    TOO GOOD! whenever my husband got a craving for yummy delicious onion rings we would go out to his favorite haunt for fish and chips and onion rings. I made this recipe last night and to my dismay they were better than his favorite seaside shack. Now when he wants rings I lose my night out and back to the kitchen. I like big fat meaty rings he likes his thin like shoe strings so we both get our favorite. Thanks Ina
