    Ina scores another win with her crab cakes. My husband doesn't typically like crab cakes...but he loved these. We added some extra tabasco. Delicious!

    The sauteed vegetables and spices provide great flavor. The mayonnaise addes a nice creamy texture.

    I made these for my wedding anniversary and they were perfect. The flavors are strong enough to make the dish different than other weak flavored versions yet delicate enough to not be overpowering. I topped them with an avocado puree recipe by Bobby Flay(essentially guacamole, pureed which really took these cakes to another level. This is my new go to crab cake recipe.

    I have made these several times. We don't get great fresh crab meat, but never the less, these are great! There is so much flavor its unimaginable!
    They arn't the regular Maryland crab cakes, but variety can be fun.

    As much as I enjoy Ina, this is one messy recipe. Be prepared to keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. But they were so good.

    I recently tried the recipe for the first time, it is one of my better attempts at cooking fish related dishes. I shall make it many more times in the future, my whole family enjoyed the crab cakes.
