    It is a lot of ingredients, but all are always handy in pantry. I had to use imatation crab meat. My husband truly enjoyed them as much as I did.

    These crabcakes are so moist and savory. I have never made crabcakes that were so RICH and full of a variety of flavors. I did add a little more mistard and tabasco than the recipe called for and still turned out DELICIOUS!!

    These were without a doubt the best crab cakes we've ever tasted. I made one alteration to Ina's recipe. I didn't have Tabasco Sauce, so I mixed about 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes in with the measurement of black pepper. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly, doubling it to yield 10 entree-sized crab cakes. Served four and put 6 in the freezer for future meals.
