This is the best....we loved it...it's really great on leftover turkey sandwiches also....the flavors and crunch from the walnuts are terrific.

We just loved this last year and are making it again this year for Thanksgiving. I make it the night before and it's perfect! Our whole extended family enjoys it and even the ones who don't really care for cranberries.

This recipe is not only easy, but delicious as well. The granny smith apples really add a nice texture and flavor as do the nuts. Truly a treat!!

I made this yesterday in preperation for my Thanksgiving Day meal...and it was perfection. The only thing I did differently was not add the walnuts, they just don't set well with my family.
But as a tried and true "just cranberries" without too muc variation...my family and I each loved these. The citrus notes are wonderful and I really like what the raisins add to the flavor also. I LOVE the Barefoot Contessa. She doesn't make anything I haven't liked yet.

This was so easy! and Taste Fantastic. I highly suggest this over the high priced store made brands! I will be making batches for my family and giving them some as a gift for the holiday season!

I made this last year and it was absolutely delicious. It is a wonderful contrast to all the rich food it accompanies; and it's beautiful!

We had guests last year from Bulgaria for Christmas. We made this conserve to go with the turkey and they were blown away by it. They just loved it. They said they don't have cranberries in Bulgaria so we may have to send a few bags to them every year. This is just an excellent recipe.

It is just the way I like my cranberries (in a conserve. This is my favorite side dishes, and quite easy to make!
