I love this cranberry sauce. Every since I found the recipe, I have never bothered to look for another one. I have never added the raisins or walnuts and it is still delicious. It definitely compliments the turkey.

After growing up with that nasty canned cranberry glop, I never thought I would like anything cranberry. This recipe has changed my mind. I love it and even give it to friends at Thanksgiving so they can learn how tasty cranberries can be!

Awesome, amazing, just can't say enough. First made this for Thanksgiving in 2007 and have made it every year since then, and will make it every year going forward. I always make one batch of regular cranberry sauce as back up, and every year that's all that's left to go with the leftovers.

SO GOOD. I loved it with the raisins and walnuts. Something I've never had in cranberry sauce. i gobbled mine up. I also loved the addition of orange zest. I am making it this way from now on.

Every year I try a new cranberry sauce recipe....in search for the "perfect" one. I can finally stop searching. This is it! Not one bit left over, everyone loved it. I figured why wait until Thanksgiving or Christmas to have this! Would be great throughout the year....mmmm.. like on roast chicken sandwiches, or..=

This fruit conserve is wonderfully fresh and zesty in taste. It is the perfect accompanying sauce for the buttery goodness of roasted chicken or turkey. Love the lemon and orange zest in this sauce. Stores great in the frig and makes you want to find something else to roast just so you can have it again.

The best cranberry sauce ever! I left out the nuts, we have an allergy in the family. I will never buy that jellied canned cranberry again, this is easy and everyone loved it. I got up in the middle of the night and had a few spoonfuls, I was dreaming about it. Seriously, try it. It is nice, cause you can make it the day before, one less thing to cook on the big day :

Everyone loved this recipe !!! The only thing different that I did was not adding the nuts.
The texture after this sets up in the fridge is perfect. Really good to put on leftover turkey sandwiches. My husband said this recipe is a keeper for every Thanksgiving meal we have from now on. Thanks Ina. You are always my "go to" chef for recipes again and again and you always make me look good.

This is just to die for! I made it twice this Thanksgiving (the first time, I had to share as leftovers for my guests to take home!. But, you so do not need any water at all. If you put your cranberries and sugar in the pan, as it heats up, it will make it's own juice. I like mine thick and didn't want to have to cook out a cup of water!
